My passion for wellness comes from my own practice. I fell in love with yoga when I moved to Aspen in 2011. Since then, my yoga has transformed into my lifestyle. My goal is to share my devotion to wellness, presence, and social-emotional development with ALL ages.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and enjoy working with adolescents on developmental issues that arise in families, friendships, and the process of becoming an autonomous, self-actualized young adult.

I previously served as the Social-Emotional Learning Coordinator at Aspen Country Day School. Before finishing my Masters in School Counseling, I taught French and Culinary Arts at Aspen High School.
